Head Chef – Italian & Modern Global Cuisine
We're looking for a passionate, confident Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can work unsupervised, lead a small team, maintain high standards, and consistently deliver exceptional food.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong background in Italian cuisine with experience in modern global/fine dining
- Confident in menu development, food costing, stock control and kitchen management
- Calm under pressure with excellent leadership skills
- Passion for quality, presentation and consistency
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
