Full Job Description

● Develop, create and publish engaging digital content across social media platforms, websites and other online channels to promote furniture assembly, installation and handyman services, highlighting completed projects, service capabilities and customer solutions.

● Plan, coordinate and schedule the publication of marketing content to ensure consistent communication of the company’s brand identity, service quality, promotional campaigns and customer-focused messaging across all digital platforms.

● Produce high-quality multimedia content, including project showcase videos, before-and-after transformations, installation demonstrations, photographs, customer testimonials, social media posts and written marketing materials designed to increase customer enquiries and brand recognition.

● Collaborate with technicians, project coordinators and management to identify content opportunities that demonstrate furniture assembly processes, handyman services, installation techniques, completed projects and customer satisfaction outcomes.

● Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, website traffic and online enquiries using analytical tools, providing recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.

● Evaluate audience engagement metrics, customer behaviour and platform insights to identify trends and optimise content strategies aimed at increasing service bookings, customer retention and overall brand awareness.

● Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve the visibility of the company’s website, service pages, blog articles and digital marketing content within search engine results.

● Review, update and optimise existing digital content to maintain accurate information regarding available services, service areas, pricing promotions, customer reviews and seasonal marketing campaigns.

● Research developments within the home improvement, furniture assembly, property maintenance and handyman service industries to identify emerging trends, content opportunities and innovative marketing strategies that support business growth.

● Assist in the planning and promotion of seasonal campaigns, special service offers, maintenance packages and community initiatives through targeted digital marketing campaigns and engaging online content.

● Maintain content calendars and coordinate digital marketing activities to ensure the timely publication of promotional materials, customer success stories, educational content and business announcements across multiple digital channels.

● Support the growth of the company’s online presence by engaging with followers, responding to customer interactions, encouraging online reviews and creating content that strengthens customer trust, brand credibility and long-term client relationships.

- At least a Bachelor Degree and 3 years of experience.

- The position is focused on the creation, publication and management of digital content, including videos, photographs, graphics and social media materials that promote the company’s furniture assembly, installation and handyman services. The role supports customer engagement, online visibility and brand recognition through the production of high-quality digital content, showcasing completed projects, service capabilities and customer testimonials, as well as monitoring content performance across digital platforms. The position is centred on content creation and day-to-day digital communication rather than undertaking the broader strategic planning, budgeting and market analysis responsibilities typically associated with a Marketing Specialist. This reflects the genuine operational need of the business for a dedicated Content Creator to strengthen its online presence and generate customer enquiries.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $79,600.00 per year
