● Plan, coordinate and schedule the publication of marketing content to ensure consistent communication of the company’s brand identity, service quality, promotional campaigns and customer-focused messaging across all digital platforms.
● Produce high-quality multimedia content, including project showcase videos, before-and-after transformations, installation demonstrations, photographs, customer testimonials, social media posts and written marketing materials designed to increase customer enquiries and brand recognition.
● Collaborate with technicians, project coordinators and management to identify content opportunities that demonstrate furniture assembly processes, handyman services, installation techniques, completed projects and customer satisfaction outcomes.
● Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, website traffic and online enquiries using analytical tools, providing recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.
● Evaluate audience engagement metrics, customer behaviour and platform insights to identify trends and optimise content strategies aimed at increasing service bookings, customer retention and overall brand awareness.
● Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve the visibility of the company’s website, service pages, blog articles and digital marketing content within search engine results.
● Review, update and optimise existing digital content to maintain accurate information regarding available services, service areas, pricing promotions, customer reviews and seasonal marketing campaigns.
● Research developments within the home improvement, furniture assembly, property maintenance and handyman service industries to identify emerging trends, content opportunities and innovative marketing strategies that support business growth.
● Assist in the planning and promotion of seasonal campaigns, special service offers, maintenance packages and community initiatives through targeted digital marketing campaigns and engaging online content.
● Maintain content calendars and coordinate digital marketing activities to ensure the timely publication of promotional materials, customer success stories, educational content and business announcements across multiple digital channels.
● Support the growth of the company’s online presence by engaging with followers, responding to customer interactions, encouraging online reviews and creating content that strengthens customer trust, brand credibility and long-term client relationships.
