The Australian Company of Performing Arts (ACPA) is one of South Australia's leading performing arts organisations, providing dance, singing, acting and performance training from preschool through to pre-professional pathways.
We are looking for an energetic, creative and highly organised Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator to become part of our growing team.
About the Role
This is much more than a social media role.
You will be responsible for capturing the personality of ACPA and bringing our brand to life across digital platforms. You'll create engaging content that celebrates our students, promotes our programs, tells our story and helps grow our community.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll transform ideas into creative campaigns, engaging videos, email marketing and visual content that reflects the quality of our organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage ACPA's Instagram and Facebook platforms.
- Manage ACPA Academy's social media.
- Manage House of Heels social media.
- Plan and schedule engaging content.
- Develop promotional campaigns for classes, productions, workshops and events.
- Create story content that showcases the day-to-day life of ACPA.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and performance.
Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content during classes, rehearsals and events.
- Film using iPhone and Osmo equipment.
- Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut.
- Design high-quality graphics in Canva.
- Produce promotional posters and digital assets.
- Create content that aligns with each of ACPA's brands.
Email Marketing
- Design and build email campaigns.
- Create visually engaging newsletters.
- Assist with promotional campaigns throughout the year.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing communications.
AI & Creative Design
- Confidently use AI tools to assist with artwork generation and creative concepts.
- Adapt AI-generated assets into polished, on-brand marketing materials.
- Stay current with emerging creative technologies.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all platforms.
- Assist with launches, enrolment campaigns and special events.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to bring marketing ideas to life.
- Contribute creative ideas that help grow the business.

- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong Canva skills.
- Strong CapCut video editing skills.
- Experience filming content using mobile devices.
- Excellent written communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence using AI tools to improve creative workflow.
Highly Regarded
- Photography or videography experience.
- Graphic design experience.
- Email marketing experience.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Experience using scheduling platforms.
- Understanding of analytics and campaign performance.
- Experience working within education, dance, fitness or the creative industries.
The Person We're Looking For
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys being around people.
You'll spend time in classes, backstage at productions, filming rehearsals and capturing exciting moments across the school. We want someone who sees those moments before everyone else does and instinctively knows how to turn them into engaging content.
An appreciation of dance, movement and the performing arts is highly valued. You don't need to be a professional dancer, but you should understand performance, creativity and visual storytelling enough to recognise what makes a great moment.
