The Role

If you have built your career in commercial HVAC and you are ready for a role that is about more than turning the tools, this opportunity is for you.

Based in VAE's Winnellie office in Darwin and reporting to VAE’s Regional Manager - NT, you will lead a team of Service Technicians ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to standard; while managing customer relationships to support the growth of VAE’s portfolio in the Top End.

If you're an experienced technician ready to step off the tools, or you are already in a similar customer-facing role, get ready to make an impact at VAE.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
Review quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation
Monitor labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
Partner with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement

Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
