We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented Event Assistants to join our dedicated Bump In & Out Team, playing a vital role in the seamless delivery of exquisite weddings, high-impact private events and corporate gatherings. This is a hands-on position for those who take pride in working behind the scenes to help bring extraordinary celebrations to life. From thoughtfully setting up beautiful spaces to ensuring a smooth and efficient pack down, your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will contribute to truly memorable experiences. If you bring energy, care, and a refined sense of service — we’ll provide the stage for something exceptional.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and dismantle event spaces with care, ensuring all furnishings and equipment are positioned correctly.
Support the delivery, placement, and installation of event elements and décor.
Execute setups precisely in line with client briefs and design specifications.
Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
Deliver exceptional service and assistance to clients and guests throughout the event experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in event setup, hospitality, or a similar operational support role.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to confidently follow event briefs and instructions.
Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional client service.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required.
A positive, dependable, and proactive attitude towards all tasks.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A valid driver’s licence is highly regarded and considered a strong asset.
