Casual or Permanent Part-Time Opportunity
Rossdale Golf Club is looking for a friendly, energetic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be front and centre with our members, guests and event clients while leading the team through day-to-day clubhouse operations and a variety of exciting events.

About the Role
Alongside our daily clubhouse operations, you'll help deliver a diverse range of events including:
- Weddings
- Corporate golf days
- Conferences
- Celebrations and social events
- Breakfast functions and evening events
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across the bar, café and clubhouse.
- Bartending, coffee making, takeaway food service and event service.
- Set up and pack down function spaces for events.
- Supervise and support between 1 and 6 staff during each shift.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach—our management team is always on the floor supporting the team.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the venue in the absence of the Assistant General Manager.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure staff are performing their duties efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues confidently and proactively.
- Train and mentor Front of House team members to continually develop their skills.
About You
You will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory hospitality role.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong food, wine and coffee knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
- A positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality.
- Current RSA certification (essential).
Availability is required Thursday through Monday, including evenings and weekends.
Casual employment is available, with the opportunity for permanent part-time employment for the right candidate.
