About being a BOUNCE ‘Host’
As a Host, you're at the heart of the BOUNCE experience.
From welcoming families through the front door to running birthday parties, school groups, dodgeball games and helping first-time jumpers build confidence, every day is different.
You'll be part entertainer, part coach, part customer service superstar and part safety champion - creating an environment where every guest feels welcome, supported and inspired to have a great time.

About the role…
As a Host, you'll create incredible experiences from the moment our guests arrive until the moment they leave.
Your natural enthusiasm, welcoming personality and genuine care for people will help every customer feel included, supported and excited to get involved.
You'll confidently engage with guests of all ages, whether you're hosting a birthday party, running activities on the floor, encouraging someone who's trying something new or helping maintain a safe and energetic environment.
Above all, you'll play an important role in creating the unforgettable moments that make people want to come back to BOUNCE again and again.
BOUNCE Training & Development
BOUNCE provides a thorough and extensive training program that aims to equip all staff members with skills that they can carry with them for life.
Host training covers areas that include:
- Customer experience delivery
- Venue operations
- Barista training
- Basic trampoline skills
- Party and Groups Hosting
- L2/Senior First Aid
For those keen, there are opportunities to advance into a range of team leadership and coaching roles.
A Working with Children check and weekend availability are required.

Minimum Working Age Requirement
To ensure the safety of our team and guests, and due to the level of responsibility involved, including being a first responder in the event of an incident, applicants must be at least 15 years old to work as a BOUNCE Host.
