We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a senior leadership kitchen role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience creating and developing seasonal menus.
Ability to manage kitchen operations, including food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Experience with staff supervision, training, and performance management.
Ability to prepare and manage rosters.
Experience with ordering, stock control, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
Strong understanding of food costing and waste control.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
Develop and update menus.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Manage kitchen staffing and rosters.
Oversee ordering, stock levels, and inventory.
Control food costs and minimise waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work closely with management to achieve business goals.
