About the Group

We are a privately owned group with interests spanning agritourism, retreat and accommodation operations, and other investment activities.

1) Accommodation Services and Farmstay Manager – Multi-Site Accommodation Operations

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Accommodation Services and Farmstay Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse accommodation portfolio across multiple sites in the Hawkesbury and Sydney Region.

This is a permanent opportunity offering rewarding leadership role across boutique agritourism and other accommodation. Reporting directly to the owners, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our accommodation businesses, delivering exceptional guest and resident experiences, leading staff, coordinating service delivery and maintaining high operational, presentation and compliance standards across the portfolio.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience managing accommodation is essential.
Experience in the agritourism industry.
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound computer skills and experience using reservation and property management systems.
Experience with accommodation booking platforms and MYOB (desirable).
Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance and operational budgets.
A genuine interest in rural living and a commitment to animal welfare.
Flexibility to travel regularly between properties and stay overnight at the Hawkesbury property as per roster.

2) Financial Administrator

We are seeking an individual with experience in financial management and accounting to manage and coordinate the internal finance function for our Group including Madison’s Mountain Retreat, Redelman Fabrics and associated businesses and investments within our group. This is a hands-on position combining financial management, accounting and reporting responsibilities.

The role will oversee financial activities across the Group, while working closely with internal accounts staff and external accountants, auditors and professional advisers.

The position requires a combination of financial oversight, management reporting, financial analysis, accounting operations, compliance and hands-on financial preparation.

Essential Criteria:

Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or other relevant degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management
Experience and knowledge of agritourism industry essential
