This isn’t your average marketing role.

We’re looking for a bold, commercially minded Marketing Manager to take the reins of our resort’s marketing strategy and help put one of Australia’s most extraordinary island destinations firmly in the spotlight.

Working alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll turn big ideas into campaigns that capture attention, create desire and drive bookings. From digital and social to brand storytelling and strategic partnerships, you’ll shape how the world sees, discovers and experiences our resort.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Drive Commercial Growth. Develop strategic marketing campaigns that target key opportunities, unlock new markets and maximise revenue.
Put the Resort on the Map. Build awareness and desire for the destination through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, sponsorships and standout brand storytelling.
Turn Insights into Action. Use market trends, competitor activity, guest feedback and performance data to identify opportunities, optimise channels and continuously improve the guest and customer journey.
Lead, Inspire & Connect. Build strong relationships across the resort, lead and develop the marketing team, and bring departments together to create a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Champion the Brand. Protect and elevate the resort’s luxury positioning across every touchpoint, ensuring our marketing, content and partnerships consistently deliver an exceptional brand experience.

Salary rate $105,000.00 + super

See Yourself in Our Team

To be successful in this full-time role, you’ll have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or communication
Resort marketing leadership experience highly desirable.
Two years’ experience in Marketing, Communications Management, Content Marketing or a related field
Exceptional communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, media, influencers and third parties that reflects highly on each Hotel, the brand and the company
Exemplary storytelling skills, copy writing and editing experience for B2B and B2C audiences
Impeccable eye for detail, being able to proof content that meets editorial standards
A good understanding of digital and social media and understand the content requirements for these channels
Ability to take ownership and work across multiple projects with deadlines
Ability to work on projects and stakeholder relationships remotely
Ability to approach situations with analysis, clarity and prioritisation
Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, complex, high growth environment
