About the role
This position is responsible for best practice planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting on Council’s NDIS services as well as delivering Support Coordination for a case load of participants.

In this role you will:

Deliver high-quality support coordination to NDIS participants, helping them implement their plans, access appropriate supports, and achieve their goals.
Recruit, supervise, and support NDIS Officers to ensure best practice service delivery and achievement of performance targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, service providers, government agencies, and community organisations to facilitate effective support outcomes.
Implement systems, procedures, quality standards, and change initiatives to enhance NDIS service delivery while ensuring compliance with reporting and funding requirements.

We are offering a full-time term contract, for up to 12 months, with a competitive remuneration package from $108,795.03 plus 12% superannuation .

About you

The successful candidate is someone who has:

Minimum 1 year experience delivering Support Coordination in NDIS
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Community Services using the person-centred approach

To be considered for this role, you must meet the essential requirements in the Position Description, including:
Qualifications/Licences:

Minimum Diploma in Social Policy, Community Development, Disability, Community Services or relevant
Driver’s license
First Aid Certificate
