Full Job Description

AMS Security are seeking for an experienced Full-Time Receptionist / Office Assistant

Roster is Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm located in Regency Park.

AMS Security is a proud South Australian owned and operated security company for the past 20 years.

Our team are passionate about protection and security and because of this we have established a reputation for consistently delivering an exceptional quality of personal service to our valued clients.

As our Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you will be our brand ambassador, responsible for the front of house function, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for our clients and visitors as well as providing essential support to our back office.

The Opportunity

This role is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about customer service and supporting teams from an administrative perspective, someone who wants to learn and grow with our business. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high-level customer service and administrative support to AMS Security and its clients.

The successful candidate must have:

· Minimum 1 year experience in reception or admin work

· Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel & Outlook )

· Excellent typing skills and a very pleasant phone manner

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· A passion and focus for customer service

· High attention to detail

· Current Australian National Police Check

· Drivers Licence and own transport (there is no public transport nearby)

Duties will include:

Answering & directing phone calls
Sorting and emailing daily reports to clients
Greeting staff, visitors, clients, contractors, and couriers.
Set up/pack down of all meeting rooms ensure they are presentable at all times
Ensuring the office is kept tidy at all times,
Admin administrative support to the Admin Manager and various other teams as required
Assistance with the preparation of Staff induction packs
Filing & photocopying
Maintain of employee compliance register
Assisting in monthly statistics reports
A variety of other general administrative duties
Assisting with uniform requirements for staff
General workplace housekeeping duties (vacuuming)

The position is paid in accordance to the clerks private sector award SA.

This is a full-time position with paid carers leave & annual leave.

Annual leave is not to be taken during our busy periods which is Christmas, New Years & Easter.

Pay: From $26.97 per hour

Work Location: In person
