The Opportunity
We are looking for an individual who brings energy, positivity and attention to detail to our highly motivated Sales Team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a passion for customer service.
This role, known internally as Customer Service Officer is more than just customer service. You will play a key part in driving sales growth, finding opportunities to add value, and ensuring our wholesale customers have a smooth and positive experience every time.
Based at our Edinburgh North head office, this role is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be available for 1-2 early starts per week (5.00am) with the flexibility to negotiate a start time between 7:00 am and 8:00 am on other days.
