About the role

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of RACV’s community partnerships and programs. You’ll help coordinate activities that create meaningful outcomes for communities across Australia, while working closely with community partners and internal stakeholders.

The role offers hands-on experience across partnership management, community engagement, events and reporting, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in community programs or social impact.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the planning, coordination and delivery of RACV’s community partnerships and programs, including:

Coordinating partnership activities, including project planning and implementation to help ensure successful delivery.
Building positive relationships with internal teams, community organisations and external stakeholders.
Preparing reports and presentations that demonstrate impact.
Assisting with internal and external events.
Providing administrative support and ensuring activities are delivered in line with RACV policies, legislative requirements and partnership commitments.

What you’ll bring

A genuine interest in community partnerships or social impact.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
Experience in program coordination, project support, events, community programs or a similar role (desirable).
