It primarily serves business travellers, conference delegates, leisure guests, and major city events.
An Events Operations Manager oversees the successful execution of conferences, meetings, exhibitions, weddings, gala dinners, and corporate functions. The role ensures all operational departments work together to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Pullman's luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily event operations from setup to completion.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Events team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage banquet, food and beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, and audiovisual teams during events.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with department supervisors.
- Monitor event budgets, staffing levels, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Handle VIP guests and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and quality service standards.
- Review event performance and prepare post-event reports.
- Train, coach, and develop operational staff.
Pay: From $7,000.00 per month
