· Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking an additional staff member to support our increased workload. We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced candidate to join our Marketing team at our head office in Melbourne. Job Purpose
· Serve as an important member of the Marketing team
· Update and maintain the customer information database
· Maintain the current markets and develop new markets
· Report to the Marketing Manager
Job Responsibility
1) developing, implementing and monitoring a variety of marketing campaigns;
2) organising and managing daily/weekly job schedules and formulating marketing strategies;
3) liaison with clients;
4) meeting customers, processing documents for sales;
5) issuing quotations/invoices; &
6) general administration duties.
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably in a position relevant to Marketing;
2) Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
3) Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite.
4) Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin).
