Full Job Description

Location: Hawthorn
Work type: Part Time

Jellis Craig Boroondara is seeking an organised, proactive and highly capable Sales Administrator to support a high-performing sales team and experienced consultants. Working Monday to Wednesday each week, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our listings, campaigns and client experience are delivered to the highest standard.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous real estate administration experience (but not essential) who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll coordinate the administration and compliance functions that keep a busy sales business operating efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating weekly team meetings and diary management
Preparing market appraisal documentation and listing presentations
Managing new listing administration from authority through to campaign launch
Ensuring compliance across all sales files and documentation
Coordinating auction and marketing campaign administration
Preparing Open for Inspection schedules and campaign calendars
Maintaining settlement tracking and database accuracy
Supporting vendor communication and campaign administration
Assisting with business development initiatives and prospecting support
Coordinating marketing collateral, letterbox campaigns and team administration

No two days are the same, making this an exciting and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being the organisational hub of a successful sales team.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

Previous real estate administration experience - (but not essential)
Working knowledge of Box + Dice (or similar CRM)
Strong understanding of sales administration and compliance processes
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude
High level of professionalism and discretion
