The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a high-performing customer engagement and analytics team.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and optimising customer marketing campaigns while leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to drive measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in delivering personalised customer experiences, supporting strategic marketing initiatives, and providing actionable insights that influence customer engagement and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience across campaign management, customer analytics, SQL development, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven marketing solutions within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Develop customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalised communications.
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery using Unica Campaign, UMO, and related platforms.
Perform campaign QA, audience validation, troubleshooting, and change implementation.
Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and growth initiatives.
Deliver customer segmentation, profiling, targeting, and behavioural analysis.
Measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Adobe Analytics.
Extract, transform, and analyse data using SQL across enterprise data platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Technology teams.
Translate business requirements into campaign, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Facilitate Agile delivery activities, mentor team members, and support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

15+ years of experience in Campaign Development, Marketing Analytics, Customer Insights, CRM, or a related field.
Extensive experience designing and delivering multi-channel customer marketing campaigns within large enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with campaign management platforms including Unica Campaign, UMO, Acoustic, Silverpop, or similar solutions.
Advanced SQL development skills across platforms such as Teradata, Netezza, SQL Server, Starburst, or equivalent technologies.
Strong experience in customer analytics, segmentation, profiling, targeting, and behavioural analysis.
Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
Experience developing dashboards, management reporting, and data visualisations using Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and digital performance measurement.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer lifecycle management, personalisation, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a commercial and customer-centric mindset.

Desirable Skills

Experience within Banking and Financial Services environments.
Experience across Insurance, Superannuation, Telecommunications, or Retail sectors.
Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration tools.
Experience building predictive models, customer propensity models, or advanced analytics solutions.
Exposure to digital marketing, web analytics, and customer experience optimisation initiatives.
Experience leading marketing transformation, customer engagement, or data-driven decision-making programs.
Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and customer data management best practices.
