The Lead Project Administrator is responsible for the coordination of all maintenance and operational activities across Fiona Stanley Hospital. As the central point of contact, the position oversees the scheduling, supervision, and follow‑up of reactive, planned, and subcontracted works. This role is integral to maintaining high service standards, supporting operational effectiveness, and ensuring the seamless delivery of contract requirements.

5+ years in a financial administration role
Site coordination and financial experience is essential
Proven administration skills
Demonstrated experience with MS suite
Excellent time management and communication skills

Provide comprehensive financial support to the WA & NT teams including purchase order management, forecasting, financial reporting

Support procurement activities including sourcing, raising purchase requests and coordinating with suppliers
