We're currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager - Victoria to join our National Sales Team. Based at Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands, this role works closely with our Sydney-based national sales leadership team while driving commercial outcomes across our Victorian hotel portfolio.

The opportunity:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales – Travel Partnerships the role of Sales Manager plays an integral part in our National Sales Team. Driving sales for our hotels in Victoria, exceeding client expectations, delivering on their requirements, and establishing TFE as their company of choice.
What You'll Do
As our Melbourne-based Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth across Victoria by developing new business opportunities and strengthening key client relationships across the corporate, leisure and MICE sectors.

You'll:

Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities across your market segment.
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts, travel partners and industry stakeholders.
Deliver against room night, ADR, room revenue and total revenue targets.
Lead sales presentations, tenders, proposals and client negotiations.
Conduct regular sales calls, networking activities, site inspections and client meetings.
Collaborate with hotel, revenue, marketing and reservations teams to maximise commercial outcomes.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans and sales reporting.
Champion TFE Hotels at industry events, trade shows and client functions.

With a strong focus on business development, you'll spend your time building new partnerships, growing existing accounts and delivering exceptional commercial results.

About you:
We're looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with exceptional relationship-building skills.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience from hotel, hospitality, travel or B2B sales.
Consistent success delivering and exceeding revenue targets through new business development and account management.
Strong hospitality industry network across consortia, travel, MICE, sports and entertainment sectors.
Experience with tenders, RFPs and strategic partnerships.
Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Opera and Salesforce (preferred).
Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle and unrestricted Australian work rights.
