As a key member of our Performance, Reward & Mobility team, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our strategy for team Benefits, Recognition, Performance, Workplace Experience & Mobility. You will act as a trusted advisor to the People function and the business, providing strategic direction across the portfolio of key Reward elements. Reporting to the Capability Lead - Performance & Reward Enablement, you will help lay the foundations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our team members.
Partner with the Capability Lead to translate strategy into operational excellence across the Group's Mobility (international and domestic), Benefits, Recognition and Performance programs. Your contribution will include policy design, and ensuring an exceptional team member experience.
Bring our Benefits architecture to life by overseeing its operationalisation and continuous improvement, creating deliberate, impactful, and digital-first experiences for team members.
Deliver through multi-functional teams across Woolworths locations, People delivery Tribes and other business units, ensuring clear accountability and buy in.
Be part of the team overseeing our end of year Performance Management and Reward processes
Build and maintain strong relationships across the People function to ensure seamless delivery through our agile model.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable business strategy.
Maintain a keen focus on continuous improvement and market trends, leveraging data and technology to enhance our offerings, ensuring we remain both competitive and compliant.
Ensure robust governance and compliance for all processes and policies, navigating the complexities of International, Trans-Tasman and domestic immigration, tax, and employment regulations.
An understanding and experience in domestic and global mobility.
Demonstrated experience advising on matters of Performance, Reward & Mobility policy, operations and risk relating to these areas.
Demonstrated experience in designing and managing employee benefits programs, with a passion for creating a positive and engaging team member experience.
Experience in vendor evaluation and management.
Contribute at both a strategic and tactical level. Helping the business to achieve their goals whilst operating within defined policy and regulations.
Experience operating within an agile, service centre based model with ability to influence horizontally and deliver through others.
A data-driven and tech-savvy approach, with experience in leveraging analytics and automation to drive efficiency and gain insights.
An open minded approach, considering multiple perspectives and forming commercially sound and pragmatic recommendations.
An understanding and experience in domestic and global mobility.
