What you'll do
We are hiring multiple Industrial Relations roles to join our People team and drive our strategic, group-wide IR transformation, shifting our approach from reactive to proactive, with a focus on building organisational leadership capability.
In playing a role to deliver our refreshed three-year Group IR strategy, you will empower our leaders to foster a high-trust team culture including:
Lead the development and delivery of Group IR initiatives in an operationally diverse environment, while contributing to broader organisational strategy and workforce outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leadership, guiding workforce strategy, organisational transformation, and performance efficiency.
Build relationships with peers, leaders, industry groups and other external stakeholders to influence IR outcomes

What you’ll bring
Industrial Relations expertise in complex and unionised organisations undergoing change and transformation.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking capability and ability to balance legal, operational and business considerations.
Proven ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders, including People Leaders, Business Leaders, Legal Team and Unions.
An understanding of relevant Australian employment legislation and experience in employment law or industrial relations, including managing disputes with the Fair Work Commission.
You might have experience as a private practice or in-house lawyer, but this is not essential.
