Ventia delivers essential facilities management services at Northern Beaches Hospital, supporting the safe and efficient operation of this critical site.

We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis, based on site, supporting contract performance through administration, reporting and subcontractor compliance.

About the role

You will support the delivery and performance of the contract through effective coordination and administration. Additionally, you’ll:

Coordinate contract administration activities to ensure compliant service delivery
Oversee help desk operations delivered by the Ventia Operations Centre
Prepare performance and compliance reporting and managing RFIs
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensuring contractual compliance
Manage subcontractor requirements including variations, insurances and licences
Support procurement processes and stakeholder engagement across the contract

You are an organised and motivated administrator looking to grow your career in contract administration.

You will bring:

Experience in contract administration ideally within a services or facilities environment
Sound understanding of commercial and financial processes and documentation
Exposure to procurement processes and subcontractor management
High attention to detail with strong record keeping and reporting capability
Interpersonal communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
Strong systems skills across Microsoft Office
