About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to join a high-performing team delivering Configuration Management and IT Operations Management (ITOM) transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities to drive solution design, implementation, and best-practice adoption across the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project delivery.
- Design and review CMDB architecture, data models, identification and reconciliation rules.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration challenges.
- Collaborate with architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders to define target-state solutions.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical governance activities.
- Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, MID Server architecture, and platform development.
- Strong understanding of cloud discovery and service mapping, particularly within Azure environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
