Are you ready to play a pivotal role in a groundbreaking Zero Emission Bus project? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Project Administrator to ensure smooth operations for this large-scale initiative. If you’re passionate about project management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

About the Role:

As a Project Administrator, you will be at the heart of this exciting project, ensuring seamless administration, documentation, and communication. You'll be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
Maintaining up-to-date documentation, coordinating approvals, and supporting project teams.
Managing correspondence and communication between stakeholders.
Tracking project progress, milestones, and expenditures to ensure we stay on schedule and within budget.
Supporting procurement activities and contract compliance.
Providing essential administrative support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Commencement Date: Immediately or by negotiation
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

About You:

Relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Highly Desirable:

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
