We're Looking For
A Lease Contract Specialist to take ownership of a portfolio of leasing documentation across our national Town Centres business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the legal documentation component of leasing transactions within the Lease Management team under the supervision of the Head of Leasing Transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalise leases, licences, deeds and related documents in conjunction with external legal counsel, seeing each matter through to execution.
- Act as the key link between Leasing, Asset Management, and external solicitors, ensuring timely and commercially sound outcomes.
- Support national retail portfolio activities, contributing to compliant, efficient and high quality leasing processes.
- Ensure compliance with application retail legislation and mandated governance processes
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, precedents and ways of working to enhance the end to end leasing lifecycle.

You’re passionate about leasing and thrive in fast paced environments where your attention to detail makes a real impact. You’re looking for a role that gives you ownership of transactions and the opportunity to partner closely with stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience as a leasing paralegal, property paralegal, lease contract specialist or senior lease administrator
- Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing or negotiating retail or commercial lease documentation
- Strong understanding of Australian retail leasing legislation and processes
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
