Full time, Permanent role - 4 x 9.5hr shifts a week; 38 hours a week.
$35.80 an hour / $70,746 a year + super (penalty rates apply)
Fiona Stanley Hospital – Murdoch, Perth
Required to work shifts to fulfill 24/7 operations

We’re looking for a warm, resilient and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Helpdesk and Communications team at Fiona Stanley Hospital. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting essential services in a fast-paced hospital environment. You’ll be answering and actioning requests across multiple channels—while keeping calm under pressure and ensuring patients and staff receive outstanding service.

As a Customer Service Officer in the Helpdesk and Communications team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Responding promptly and courteously to requests via phone and email
Coordinating and monitoring service requests to ensure efficient workflows
Managing hospital emergencies and escalating issues as needed
Recording and updating data in line with policies and procedures
Supporting work order scheduling and tracking to ensure seamless FM delivery
Collaborating with colleagues across Facility Management to provide an exceptional experience
