About the Role
The purpose of this role is to drive member acquisition, retention, and growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This includes proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, promoting CCIWA’s services and value proposition, and delivering a high-impact, tailored member experience that strengthens engagement and long-term partnership value.
This is a
full-time, permanent position that will be based in the Perth CBD office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention.
- Develop and maintain a target list of prospective members, together with key account plans for the existing members.
- Build new relationships at multiple levels within CCIWA members and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Identify member needs and develop opportunities to cross and up-sell suitable CCIWA products and services.
- Identify commercial opportunities and manage them through the pipeline in cooperation with the relevant business unit.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing members within an allocated membership cluster.
- Follow up work from retention visits (referrals, restructures, company changes, contract conversions & information gathering).
- Develop a range of risk indicators for measuring members at-risk and review these members on a monthly basis.
- Reporting to members on membership usage (financial benefits, contact usage & subscriptions).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Business development skills (B2B – Membership and/or sale of services).
- Proven ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively to ensure members are engaged.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of, and experience using, CRM technology with accuracy of data entry.
- Strong ability to build internal relationships and deal with and manage change.
- National Police Clearance and Drivers Licence
