Base $120,000 - $140,000 + Super

We’re partnering with a global technology vendor to recruit an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive partner growth across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the Australian IT channel and can identify, recruit and onboard new partners to sell enterprise networking solutions. We’re particularly interested in candidates with exposure to networking vendors and technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, Extreme Networks or similar.

What you'll be doing:

Develop and execute the channel sales strategy across Australia.
Identify, recruit and onboard new VARs, MSPs, resellers and system integrators, particularly across the enterprise networking space.
Build strong relationships with distributors and key Australian channel partners.
Grow partner-led pipeline and revenue across LAN/WLAN, networking and cloud/communications solutions.
Develop existing partners and identify opportunities to increase their revenue and engagement.
Work closely with technical and marketing teams on partner enablement, GTM initiatives and joint campaigns.
Support partners throughout the sales cycle and drive strong commercial outcomes.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in channel sales, partner management or channel business development within IT or telecommunications.
A strong network of relationships across Australian VARs, MSPs, distributors and system integrators.
Demonstrated experience recruiting and developing new channel partners, not just managing an existing partner portfolio.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, LAN/WLAN and wired/wireless solutions.
Experience with networking vendors such as Cisco/Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, Extreme Networks, Ubiquiti or similar would be highly regarded.
Exposure to UCaaS, Cloud PBX, unified communications or voice solutions would be an advantage.
Commercial, proactive and comfortable owning partner growth and revenue targets.
