Analyst Programmers
Multiple positions, Full time, Sydney and Melbourne

We are seeking multiple full time Analyst Programmers to be based in Sydney and Melbourne for our clients. Candidates are required to have experience in development and testing, and the ability to manage various teams including technical and functional offshore consulting teams for smooth implementation of changes and roll-outs.
These roles are for multiple projects running concurrently in Sydney and Melbourne. Salary offered will be proportionate to the skills and experience of the candidate.
1.Produce technical documentation including technical specifications, operating
instructions, test plans,
2.defect management, writing test cases, test data preparation and test
execution
3.Analyse user needs and produce technical documentation based on the
requirements
4.Support in the delivery of business requirements for subsequent phrases of the
project
5.Assist in the smooth implementation of changes and new roll-outs
6.Leads Process Modelling and translates requirements into design
7.Development and testing with IT platforms and domains as directed by the
project scope
8.Design, Develop, & Implement solutions.
9. Train junior staff members where required and SME in telecom projects
Job Skills Required
1. Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, preferably in IT or Technology
Familiar with SQL Server and Oracle databases
2. Ability to manage both technical and functional offshore consulting teams
Commercial experience with Java and PowerBuilder, PLSQL development highly
regarded
3. Commercial experience involving production support, analysis, design, coding,
testing and
implementation highly regarded
4. Experience with formal development methodologies
5. Knowledge of My Fleet Manager (MFM) software
6. Understanding of the telecommunications industry Private and Confidential
7. Keen eye for detail and proactive approach
8. Logical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
9. Customer service ability and Varied ICT skills
Salary: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
