The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join our Operations team working from our Perth CBD Head Office. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:

Managing the full lifecycle of project finances, from initial budget estimates and purchase orders to final invoicing and P&L analysis
Being proactive in liaising with the client for purchase orders before mobilising to site
Actively delivering and tracking client signed timesheets
Invoicing and uploading onto multiple client platforms
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
General financial administration duties

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:

1+ years’ experience working in Accounts Receivable/Job Costing, preferably within in the Mining sector
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Pronto is an advantage
Strong administrative and data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail
A passion for analytics and developing refined processes
Developed organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
