Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead Coordinator to join our Maintenance & Industrial Services team in Perth.
In this leadership-focused role, you'll drive the planning, readiness and execution of major maintenance campaigns across offshore assets.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead the planning and coordination of major maintenance campaigns and offshore scopes.
- Drive campaign readiness and ensure all work meets planning and execution requirements.
- Review and guide the development of work packs, isolations and execution plans.
- Mentor and support coordinators to ensure quality planning outcomes.
- Monitor planning compliance, KPI performance and maintenance standards.
- Support budget forecasting, CTR reviews and resource planning activities.
- Coordinate contractor and vendor engagement to support successful execution.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams to manage priorities and risks.
- Provide progress updates and reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned and post-campaign reviews.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in Maintenance Coordination, Campaign Coordination, Shutdown Coordination, Maintenance Planning or Major Scope Delivery.
- Strong Oil & Gas, LNG, Offshore or Heavy Industrial experience.
- Extensive SAP PM / S4HANA experience.
- Experience developing work packs, shutdown plans and maintenance execution strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring or influencing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution readiness.
- Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Maintenance Services or Engineering background.
Desirable:
- Offshore maintenance experience.
- Shutdown and turnaround experience.
- Welding or fabrication background.
- Contractor and vendor management experience.
- Trade qualification or Engineering degree.
