About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our National Talent Acquisition team , based in either Brisbane or Melbourne. This role will provide support across various operations and administration activities across the TA function.

This is a highly process driven role, working across systems and workflows, requiring a high level of attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate pre-employment screening for all new hires, identifying and escalating any issues prior to commencement
Liaise with candidates and new hires throughout the screening process, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Manage the talent acquisition inbox, responding to enquiries and directing requests as appropriate
Coordinate team meeting minutes and action items, tracking progress and follow-up where required
Assist in invoices, billing and expense processes
Provide administrative and operational support to TA leaders and broader Talent Acquisition team as required

About You

A completed or ongoing tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Marketing or a related discipline, or relevant administration and/or customer service experience
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Committed to delivering high-quality service and support
