ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited to offer an exciting new opportunity to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Building Management, this pivotal role is the central coordination point for the Building Management team, driving operational excellence and service delivery across the portfolio.
Working closely with our Body Corporate Liaisons and Maintenance & Compliance Coordinators, you’ll support Body Corporate engagement, maintenance, compliance, reporting, and asset management activities while providing operational guidance and driving effective team collaboration.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and relationship-focused professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the Building Management team.
- Support Body Corporate engagement, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in the delivery of maintenance, compliance, contractor management, and asset management activities.
- Provide guidance and support to operational team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and operational best practice.
- Monitor performance, reporting, and key operational deliverables across the portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with committees, contractors, residents, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to leadership, coaching, and capability development initiatives across the team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in Body Corporate management, governance, and committee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of residential building operations, maintenance, compliance, and asset management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support operational teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/maintenance management systems (MYBOS experience highly regarded).
- A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
