Your Opportunity
As the Delivery Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing operational support to Training Delivery through coordination of programming and timetabling activities, emergent issues, teacher utilisation and delivery support services.
This position reports to the Delivery Support Manager.
This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity located at South Bank campus, however you may be required to perform work at other TAFE Queensland campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the success of transformation and cultural change through promoting and modelling the established values of Safety First, Working Together, Focussing on our Customer, Taking Responsibility and Showing Initiative.
Live a safety culture, lead by example and support the Health Safety and Environment Management System to create a TAFE Queensland Brisbane-wide safety culture.
Establish and maintain industry partnerships and models for student engagement to advance the standing and reputation of the organisation.
Maintain the student and teaching timetables including backfilling of emergent staffing needs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, staff utilisation and class sizes.
Coordinate requirements on behalf of Training Delivery for registration, Award eligibility, academic results and assessments, student induction and events and undertake problem resolution where required.
Assist in the Training Delivery budget, performance and academic planning process ensuring a high degree of accuracy and critical deadlines are met.
Provide confidential, professional and proactive administrative support including preparing briefs, meeting papers and responses to correspondence from a range of sources.
Assist in the monitoring and reporting on operational and academic plans, ministerial communication, budgets and performance, focused on customer satisfaction, program viability, effective utilisation of resources and business processes.
Provide advice and training in the use of systems including the student and learning management systems, award eligibility and the registrations process and ensure work is performed in line with policy, procedures, workflows and compliance requirements.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration and innovation within the Training Delivery and Delivery Support teams and actively engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to drive customer focused practices and intervention strategies and resolve operational issues and complaints.
Actively network with other delivery support professionals, participate in appropriate networks, forums, professional development and student engagement/marketing activities to support the requirements of TAFE Queensland Brisbane.
Undertake all work in accordance with relevant legislation and compliance requirements including ASQA, AVETMISS, NVR Standards and CRICOS, and TAFE Queensland policies and procedures.

Highly Desirable Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in business administration; or equivalent relevant experience.
