Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to join the ANZ Sales Team, to fill the role of Territory Sales Representative for all of Queensland, Australia.

The Territory Sales Representative is accountable for targeted sales revenue, support customer relations, stock levels, and ensure product displays are appealing. Support the implementation of promotional activities and provide training on all products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensuring that all personal and company KPI's are adhered to and met inclusive of call volumes, lead follow up, CRM accuracy and monthly sales targets.

Being first point of contact to solve issues raised within designated territory. Escalating and contributing to solve more complex concerns with the Sales Manager AZ and or responsible Key Account Manager to ensure successful outcomes for customers and Wahl Australia.
- Actively seeking feedback and coaching on best practice with the field sales environment.

Represent Wahl products and services, using market insights in the Professional, Pet and Consumer segments to understand the needs of the customers. Gaining comprehensive knowledge of customers, primarily focusing on Professional segment with Consumer as the secondary focus, to ensure value and results, to continue to grow the market share within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement a territory action plan using data analysis and adjust support required according to interactions and results objective within territory and by customers. Ensure key business KPIs are captured and individual needs for respective territory.
- From the monthly deal sheet and NPD schedule, work with allocated customers to assist in obtaining pre and refill orders, inputting these into the Wahl Inzant system.
- When first level challenges arise, work with Customer Service and Supply Chain team to problem solve as required, keeping Sales Manager and/or Key Account Managers informed.
- Provide training to all customers on product assortment by conducting group demonstrations to impart knowledge to the customer to aide in sell through to the end user. Work with APAC Product Coordinators to assist in building knowledge base.
- As directed by the Sales Manager ANZ, complete Inzant customer assignments as required and by designated timeframes.

Ensure that the shelves of the retail stores are stocked with products that displays them accordingly for customers. Perform stock outs, organizing and setting up displays, pricing, and promotional signs.
- As first point of contact, track sales and inventory levels of assigned customers, report any issues or shortages and overstocks and problem solve accordingly.
- Have a strong understanding of internal inventory and provide feedback on territory requirements in line with forecast and purchasing meeting needs.

Manage the credit process for any returned goods within the professional segment within territory. Liaise with Customer Service and Finance team for timely processes of returns.
- Work and collaborate with Marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of promotional material and marketing calendars within the segments.

Conduct and complete quarterly reviews within territory to analyze past performance, develop and align country objectives to customer objectives in consultation with Sales Manager ANZ and Key Account Manager.
- Provide first level support to Professional customers on ranging decisions. Work with Key Account Manager and Sales Manager ANZ for the introduction of new ranges within the Professional Customer portfolio.
- Where required, assist with sales presentations by gathering relevant resources.
- Build relationships with the end user (professional barbers and stylists) by educating them on the benefits of the Wahl brand and the point of difference within our product assortment.
- All other duties as requested or delegated.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience within Merchandising in the retail sector.
