The role

Turn audience intelligence and programmatic technology into powerful commercial growth.

As Programmatic & Audience Sales Manager, you’ll lead the growth of Are Media’s programmatic and first-party data offering across agencies, trading desks and clients. You’ll bring our rich audience insights to market, creating targeted, data-led solutions that deliver stronger outcomes for advertisers and unlock new revenue opportunities across our portfolio.

This is a high-impact, market-facing role for someone who combines deep programmatic expertise with commercial drive. Working closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Product and Data teams, you’ll shape compelling audience solutions, activate strategic partnerships and make complex technology simple and valuable for clients.

What you'll be doing:

Drive programmatic revenue growth across programmatic guaranteed, private marketplace and data-enabled solutions, building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
Grow influential relationships with agency trading desks, DSPs, SSPs and key clients to increase demand and unlock new commercial opportunities.
Develop tailored, audience-led solutions that bring Are Media’s first-party data, identity and measurement capabilities to life for advertisers.
Lead deal structuring, activation and troubleshooting, partnering across Sales, Ad Operations, Programmatic and Data teams to ensure seamless execution.
Own forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting, providing clear visibility of performance, risks and opportunities.

Skills and experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

Five years’ experience in programmatic trading, sales or supply-side roles, with strong agency trading desk and DSP relationships.
A proven ability to grow programmatic revenue and manage campaigns across programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals.
Strong knowledge of platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, with a solid understanding of DSPs, SSPs and programmatic deal mechanics.
Commercial acumen and the ability to translate audience data, advertising technology and technical concepts into clear client value.
Confident communication, relationship-building and forecasting skills, supported by a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
