Office Administration | Warehouse | Customer Service (Full-time @ Kewdale WA)

We are hiring for a Warehouse, Operations & Customer Service Administrator to join in a hands-on role combining office administration, customer service, inventory control, and store/dispatch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable working across office and physical operational environments.

KEY DETAILS

Hours: Monday - Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm)
On-site role (no remote work)
6-month probation (initially casual, converting to permanent full-time)
Physical work and administrative tasks required to complete

THE ROLE

You will support daily operations across:

Office administration & customer service
Production and inventory administration (MYOB)
Store, dispatch, and logistics

Some days are more office-based, while others involve significant time in the store receiving goods, unloading raw materials, stock movement, picking orders, and truck preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse & Logistics

Picking and packing orders
Checking outgoing deliveries and organising transport
Loading deliveries and pickups
Driving truck, making deliveries and picking up orders
Receiving inward orders, unpacking containers and unloading deliveries
Sending and receiving dies from interstate
Stocktakes
Assisting the rotation of raw materials and other production inputs
Assisting the management of granulating and regrind material
Managing finished goods, WIP and stock movements

Production & Inventory Control

Production scheduling
Entering production into MYOB and maintaining production output records

Administration & Data Entry

Entering orders
Scanning and sending delivery dockets/tax invoices
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide general office administration support
Preparation and delivery of reports, training materials, presentations and spreadsheets

Customer Service & Communication

Customer service including liaising professionally with customers and suppliers
Communicate, record and assist with customer issues, returns and non-conformances

Workplace Support & Housekeeping

Keeping store and office clean and organised
Provide operational coverage during staff absences or peak periods

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in office administration and customer service (Must have)
Strong MYOB or equivalent software experience (Must have)
Capable using Microsoft Office Products (Must have)
Comfortable working physically and safely lifting up to 25kg (Must have)
Willing to obtain a forklift licence (Must have)
Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and able to manage shifting daily priorities across office, production and store environments
High attention to detail with strong communication and organisational skills
Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information

Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
