About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales / Storeperson to join our WA Branch in Belmont. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will support customers, process orders, and assist with day-to-day warehouse operations.
No two days will be the same. You may be helping a customer over the phone or at the trade counter, preparing a quotation, picking and packing orders, receiving stock, or supporting the team to keep the branch running smoothly.
Skills and Experiences:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional service to customers by phone, email, and at the counter.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and respond to customer enquiries.
- Recommend suitable products or alternatives to meet customer needs.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Receive stock, assist with stock control, and support accurate stocktakes.
- Maintain a safe, organised and compliant warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the wider branch team to deliver a positive customer experience.
To be successful in the role, you will have
- Experience in customer service, internal sales, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and confidence using business systems.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced branch environment.
- A positive attitude, strong customer focus, and willingness to learn.
- The physical ability to safely lift and handle stock as part of normal warehouse duties.
