Full Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team of a new Pan-Asian restaurant & bar in Darlinghurst.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on, tight-knit team where your contribution will be valued. If you’re confident behind the bar and comfortable being on the floor when needed, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running a clean, efficient, and fast-paced bar during service
Preparing classic and house cocktails (training provided on signature drinks)
Supporting with floor service as needed
Providing warm, professional customer service at all times
Assisting with bar setup, pack down, stock rotation and ordering
Following RSA compliance and venue policies

Who You Are:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar bar or all-rounder role
Confident cocktail knowledge and solid bar skills
NSW RSA (required)
Punctual, reliable, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Open to working weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
