- Deliver exceptional end-to-end guest dining experiences through attentive and professional service

Manage your section efficiently to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service

Demonstrate strong product knowledge to confidently present menu items, specials and wine recommendations

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain high service standards

Support daily restaurant operations including table service, order accuracy and guest satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation across your section and service areas

Uphold the restaurant’s culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an a la carte restaurant

Ability to work within a diverse and motivated team

A genuine love of hospitality, dining trends, service delivery and team development

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong computer literacy – MS Office, restaurant POS/CRM systems

A results-driven mindset with a “hands-on”, can-do attitude
