We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team of a new Pan-Asian restaurant & bar in Darlinghurst.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running a clean, efficient, and fast-paced bar during service
- Preparing classic and house cocktails (training provided on signature drinks)
- Supporting with floor service as needed
- Providing warm, professional customer service at all times
- Assisting with bar setup, pack down, stock rotation and ordering
- Following RSA compliance and venue policies
Who You Are:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar bar or all-rounder role
- Confident cocktail knowledge and solid bar skills
- NSW RSA (required)
- Punctual, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Open to working weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
