About Us

The Hotel Windsor is an iconic Australian hotel embodying the architecture and elegance of a European style 'Grand Hotel', situated on Spring Street and located at the 'Paris' end of Melbourne. Inside, you will find our stunning and historic dining room, One Eleven, renowned for being the 'Home of Afternoon Tea'. Offering à la carte-style breakfast in the mornings and afternoon tea from noon, an occasion at One Eleven is not to be missed!

The Opportunity 

We're in search of experienced Food and Beverage Attendants All-Rounders who can bring a touch of flair, professionalism and a genuine smile to our team. We are offering Part-Time positions, so you can take comfort in the security of a permanent position with us!

As a vital team member at the Hotel Windsor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Our successful candidate will have:

At least one year of experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in a 5-star hotel or premium dining environment.
A passion for food and beverage, a strong focus on customer service, and a genuine desire for crafting memorable event experiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
