The Role:
As a Bartender at D’Nest, you’ll be at the heart of our bar operations, crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring top-tier service. We’re looking for someone with great energy, a love for hospitality, and a deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and all things bar-related.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle cash/card payments.
- Collaborate with the bar team to create new and exciting drink specials.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a bartender (at least 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
