This part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement combining work from home and office-based days. While working days can be tailored to suit the successful candidate, availability on Wednesdays is essential.

You'll partner with leaders across our iconic brands (rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac) to attract top talent, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help build high-performing teams that keep our business moving forward. What You’ll Be Doing

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer, across retail, distribution, and contact centre roles.
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience and ensure best-practice recruitment standards are consistently applied.
Uphold best-practice recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality in every hire while continuously seeking areas for improvement.
Actively support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

About You

A natural relationship-builder with recruitment experience in a fast-paced retail environments
Confident managing high-volume recruitment and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Solutions-focused, resilient, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using ATS platforms and highly capable with Microsoft Office; experience with HumanForce (formerly LiveHire) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a seamless, professional candidate journey.
A collaborative team player who brings energy, ideas, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Bonus Points

Certificate IV or higher in HR or Business Administration.
Experience recruiting within Retail, Supply Chain, or Contact Centre environments.
