This is a Precinct Manager role for someone who leads from the front. You will have full accountability for two premium A-grade commercial towers for Charter Hall in Melbourne CBD, with a team of 3 direct reports and a high-performing contractor network behind you.
The role is as much about people as it is about buildings. You will be the standard-setter for how the team operates, the face of CBRE for a significant institutional client, and the person who turns a good team into a great one.
This role is perfect for a senior FM professional who has strong technical foundations with leadership experience who wants to shine at precinct level.
In this role, you will:
Lead, develop, and support a team of 3 direct reports, setting the standard for service, culture, and accountability across the precinct
Be the primary client interface for Charter Hall, building a trusted relationship and translating day-to-day operations into clear, confident stakeholder conversations
Oversee the full FM regime across two premium A-grade towers, including essential services compliance, contractor management, and planned and reactive maintenance
Own budgets, contracts, capital works, and lifecycle planning across the precinct
Drive project management activity including development projects and the repositioning of one of the towers
About You You are a natural leader who brings people along with you, and you have the commercial FM background to back it up.
Proven team leadership experience, with a track record of developing, supporting, and holding accountable a team of direct reports
Strong client relationship skills and the confidence to present operational performance at a senior level
Solid commercial FM background in premium office towers or institutional-grade assets, with working knowledge of building systems, essential services compliance, and contractor management
Commercial acumen across budgets, contracts, and capital works planning
A professional, collaborative style that earns trust quickly with both clients and teams
