We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a Western Sydney based industrial portfolio on a parental leave contract from August 2026 to May 2027. This role is ideal for someone confident stepping into an established portfolio and delivering strong outcomes from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Full property management of an industrial portfolio • Tenant relationship management and issue resolution • Budgeting, forecasting, outgoings and financial reporting • Lease management, renewals and coordination with leasing teams • Working closely with facilities and capital works teams • Preparing reports and insights for key stakeholders
