The Role:

As a support worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
Providing personalized care and emotional support to meet each clients individual needs.
Engage in meaningful activities and outings that promote socialization and well-being.
Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

Who We're Looking For:

Flexibility: To meet the support needs of participants.
Compassion: Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support clients with kindness and understanding
Reliability: a dependable and responsible attitude towards fulfilling your duties
Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated.
Experience: 6 months experience (or more) in a similar role is highly regarded.

Licence/Certification:

First Aid Certificate (Essential)
Working with Children's Check (Essential)
NDIS Workers Screening Check (Essential)
Drivers License (Essential)
Certificate III in Disability, Ageing or Individual Support (Preferred)
