Exercise Physiologist | $67K–$85K + Super | Private Clinic Role with Aquatic & Gym Facilities

Join a team operating from private clinic spaces within aquatic and leisure centres, offering access to:

In this role, you’ll provide tailored 1:1 exercise programs, rehabilitation support, and functional capacity assessments for clients including:
- NDIS participants (neurological conditions, physical disabilities, ASD)
- Older adults managing falls risk, arthritis, or post-joint replacement recovery
- DVA and Return-to-Work clients
- Individuals with chronic health conditions
- Workers Compensation and TAC clients
This is primarily a clinic-based position, with occasional community visits to support clients in their own environments and assist their transition back into structured in-clinic rehabilitation.

About You
You're passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes, enjoy working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, and are seeking a role that provides strong clinical guidance and operational support.
You have:
- Current registration as an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
- Excellent communication skills when working with both clients and colleagues
- A collaborative, proactive, and supportive approach as a team member
- Strong time management skills, with good organisation and reliability
- A valid Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and Driver’s Licence
- Openness to new graduates, with training and mentorship available
